With venues throughout the city of New Orleans, it can be hard to figure out how best to explore the sites within a day or two. We encourage our guests to take our five routes provided in our map as a way to see all of what Prospect.6 has to offer.

Our second route is best explored by car and includes public works, institutions, and our unconventional spaces. We encourage guests to start at gallery spaces like The Historic New Orleans Collection (5), New Orleans African American Museum (7), Alone Time Gallery (8), Sweet Lorraine’s Jazz Club (9), and UNO St. Claude Gallery (10), Lemann Park & Playground (6) and New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) and Press Street Railroad Yards (11) can be seen at any time of day. Finish the evening with a ferry ride to Algiers Point (12) with works by Abigail DeVille and Jeffrey Meris. Meris' work is best experienced at night.
